Dining Chair Condition: Two Armchairs and four regular chairs available. Good vintage condition some nips in the wood on the legs and slight discoloration on the upholstery. Can be recovered for an additional cost. 
 
Table Dimensions: 40x60x30” tall 

Table Condition: Good vintage condition, there are some nips on legs and table edges but the laminate top is in great condition.  The table arrives with the legs detached and will require some assembly. Also, the black leaf in some of the photos is not available and does not come with the table.
